Booking Policies

• All hunts are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will hold your reservation for no more than ten days without a deposit.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Balance is due 30 days prior to hunt on some hunts and due upon arrival on other hunts. Balances that are being paid upon arrival must be paid with cash, cashiers check, or travelers checks. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Deposits are non-refundable, unless hunter can be replaced at full price. It is not BBR's obligation to replace hunter if cancellation takes place.
• Upon receipt of deposit, we will send a client confirmation packet containing written receipt of payment, confirmation letter, and contract.
